Junk In My Trunk...

It’s been the third day of my attempt to shed the weight.
Some “concerned” individuals had indicated to me that it’s about time that I lose my junk in the trunk. I think they might be right.
Current weight : 74kgs
Goal weight : 56 kgs
Time line : 3 months.

Presently, I am at an earth shattering 74kgs.
 
Wish me luck, God knows I’ll need plenty of it!
Right now, it’s detox and healthy eating. I’m strictly off rice and red meat, just sticking to steamed vegetables, steamed or grilled chicken, fish and fruits for the next 3 months.
